Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange for the jewelry within 7 days of delivery.
For clothing: should your piece arrive damaged or with manufacturing flaws, please contact us with a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a new piece free of charge.
Because our garments are crafted on demand as individual creations, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or a change of heart.
Crafting & Delivery Times
One-of-a-kind creations are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 business days. For the Permanent Collection, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production before shipping.
